I'll guide you through the Wim Hof breathing technique — properly. Most people who try it solo get it wrong. You'll feel the difference immediately: tingling, energy, clarity, calm.

We Go Cold

Ice baths or cold plunges, depending on location and season. I'll teach you how to breathe during cold exposure — the part most people miss that changes everything.

We Debrief

What did you notice? What shifted? How do you take this home and keep practicing? You leave with tools, not just an experience.
