Why This Matters

I work with everyone. But this page is personal.

Young men aged 17–27 are navigating a world that's changing faster than anyone taught them to handle. Expectations are higher. Distractions are everywhere. And the tools previous generations relied on — community, mentorship, physical challenge, rites of passage — have largely disappeared.

I never had those tools growing up. I spent years figuring things out the hard way — reacting to life instead of responding to it. The Wim Hof Method and coaching gave me what I wish I'd had at 20: a way to build focus, resilience, and genuine confidence from the inside out.

That's why I created this specific branch of Valhalla Coaching. Not because young men are the only people who benefit from this work — but because I believe they're uniquely underserved. And I want to change that.

What You'll Build

🧊

Stress Resilience

The ability to stay calm under pressure — not by avoiding stress, but by training your nervous system to handle it. Cold exposure is the gym for this.

🎯

Focus & Direction

Breathwork clears the noise. Coaching brings clarity. Together, they help you figure out what actually matters to you — and build a plan to get there.

💪

Real Confidence

Not the Instagram kind. The kind that comes from doing something genuinely difficult and knowing you can handle it. That confidence changes everything.

If This Sounds Like You

You know you're capable of more, but nothing's clicking.
You're tired of drifting, scrolling, going through the motions.
You want tools that actually work — not another self-help book.
You want to feel something real.
You're ready to be challenged.

This is where you start.

No experience needed. No fitness requirements. Just you, your breath, and a willingness to try something different.

A Note for Parents

If you're a parent reading this, you already know something's off. He's smart. Capable. But he's drifting — maybe anxious, unmotivated, or pulling away. You've tried talking. You've tried giving space. Nothing quite sticks.

You're not imagining it. And you're not alone.

The Wim Hof Method gives young men something they respond to: a physical challenge with real, measurable results. It's not therapy. It's not a lecture. It's a practice that builds resilience, focus, and confidence through direct experience.

My workshops are small, safe, and guided. I'm a certified Wim Hof Method instructor and trained life coach. I meet young men where they are — not where I think they should be.

If you're not sure how to bring it up, try framing it as a challenge: "Try this one thing. If you hate it, you never have to do it again." Most of them don't hate it.

You're also welcome to attend a workshop yourself — sometimes the best way to understand what your son will experience is to try it with him.

Common Questions from Parents

Is it safe?

Yes. The Wim Hof Method is practiced by millions worldwide. As a certified instructor, I follow established safety protocols. Cold exposure is always guided, gradual, and voluntary.

Does he need any experience?

None at all. Most participants are complete beginners. He'll learn everything from scratch, properly.

What age is appropriate?

I work primarily with young men aged 17–27. For participants under 18, parental consent is required.

Can I attend too?

Absolutely. Parents are welcome to join or observe. Often the best way to understand it is to experience it yourself.

What if he's resistant?

Normal. Frame it as a challenge, not therapy. "Try this once. If you hate it, never again." Most don't hate it.

The First Step Is Showing Up
